Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi’s speech in Parliament has left the entire BJP in turmoil. From Amit Shah to Annamalai, many people are reacting to this issue. Let’s see what Annamalai said.
Congress MP and Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi today slammed the Speaker and Prime Minister Modi. Starting from Manipur, even Sansad TV, which broadcasts the parliamentary event, left nothing behind.
While the opposition MPs were welcomed by clapping and cheering, the BJP MPs were busy trying to talk. Prime Minister Modi himself got up angrily at one point and responded to Rahul Gandhi. Amit Shah also gave a harsh response. Now Annamalai has also retaliated.
Speaking, Rahul Gandhi said, “Here only one religion does not say courage. All religions talk about courage. Islam, Sikhism, all religions emphasize courage. BJP does not follow true Hindu dharma. BJP is intolerant Hindus. Prime Minister Modi and BJP are not Hindus as a whole. About Ayodhya Why was the mic turned off when he started speaking? People have taught BJP a lesson in Ayodhya itself,” he said.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi became agitated and interrupted while Rahul Gandhi was speaking, saying that “portrayal of Hindus as violent people is not acceptable”. Similarly Union Home Minister Amit Shah also stood up to Rahul Gandhi and gave a stern reply.
When Amit Shah spoke, he said, “Opposition leader Rahul Gandhi says that those who call themselves Hindus speak violence and commit violence. It is as if he does not know that millions of people proudly call themselves Hindus. It is wrong to link violence with any religion. Rahul Gandhi must apologise.”
Meanwhile, Annamalai has also condemned Rahul Gandhi’s speech. In this regard, in a post published by Annamalai on Twitter page, “As always, the Congress party is exposing its true position after the elections. If last week was the scepter, today the India alliance is using ways to satisfy the minorities.
Rahul Gandhi should apologize for calling Hindus violent in Lok Sabha. Majority of the people of this country continue to be insulted by such derogatory comments. “No matter how big the defeat, the ego of the India alliance cannot be suppressed,” Annamalai has severely criticized. Many BJP MPs and leaders are insisting that Rahul Gandhi should apologise.
