The case seeking reconsideration in Nandigram constituency is being heard today …!

The Kolkata High Court will today (July 14) hear a case seeking recount in Nandigram constituency.

The BJP candidate who contested against Nandyal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee in the Nandigram constituency won the assembly elections in West Bengal. As Mamata Banerjee continued to take the lead in the counting of votes, the Swede official was declared the winner at the final round of counting.

Mamata Banerjee, a skeptic, had filed a petition in the Kolkata Magistrate’s Court against the victory of the Swat officer.

In this context, Judge Shamba Sarkar of the Kolkata High Court will hear the case today.
