Addressing a meeting of the National Democratic Alliance parties yesterday, Narendra Modi raised various questions towards the India alliance. His speech featured many punchy dialogues. He presented many figures point by point natch natch. What were the highlights of his speech beyond India’s allies?
Narendra Modi has been unanimously elected as the President of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) parliamentarians meeting held at Samvidan Sadan in Delhi yesterday. After that he will be sworn in as Prime Minister tomorrow evening.
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, who participated in this meeting, said, “Not only now; “I will always be with Modi,” he said, coming towards the seat and tried to bow down at Modi’s feet. But Modi stopped it. And Modi, who is about to take office for the third term as Prime Minister, gave a very long speech after the election results.
Then he gave a punch dialogue saying that the last 10 years of BJP’s rule was just a trailer. Also, in this single election, we have got the total number of tickets that the Congress party has bought in three elections namely 2014, 2019 and 2024.
But, I don’t understand one thing. Why are the Congress party happy? Yesterday NDA alliance was in power. We are still in power today. We are going to be in power tomorrow. Then the opposition is talking about how the BJP has lost?
Who was in power will be recorded in the future. A majority is not required to form a government. He said that having a similar opinion is enough.
He also appreciated the alliance parties. He said that even though the BJP did not win even a single seat in Tamil Nadu, the percentage of votes obtained shows the change that is coming tomorrow.
Continuing, he said the alliance is not just a group of parties united for power, but a “natural alliance” to uphold the principle of “nation first”.
What are the things that Modi highlighted in the meeting of these coalition parties?
I see the 2024 Lok Sabha election results as a great victory for the National Democratic Alliance. But opposition parties are trying to negate our victory. That’s what I don’t understand.
For me, NDA is a new India, a developed India, an India with aspirations.
Our 10 year rule is just a trailer. We will work very hard and fast for the development of our country. People know we will do it.
NDA government will give good governance in next 10 years. Let’s focus on growth. Let us focus on uplifting the lives of ordinary people.
We are committed to the principle of ‘Sarva Bandh Sambhav’ (all religions are equal).
NDA alliance parties not united for power; It is a natural alliance that has come together to uphold the principle of nation first.
This is the ‘Green Age’. Let’s commit to India leading the world towards it. I request everyone to plant a tree in the name of their mothers as a tribute to Mother Earth.
Empowerment of poor and middle class will be our priority. We will continue to look after the welfare of the people. Let’s make sure of that. We will provide quality life to all.
I would like to emphasize that our government believes in co-operation and federalism.
Request all states to be ready with progressive policies; There is a huge opportunity for investments since we are in the end of the world. Let’s make plans towards that.
Respect for #India has grown. The number of companies investing in India is growing exponentially.
The greatest strength of Indian democracy is the silence after the election results of those questioning #Electronic Voting Machines and Election Commission.
Opposition tried to portray 2024 Lok Sabha results as a loss for us. But our countrymen know very well that we have never failed.
The parties in the #India alliance have already started saying that this alliance is only for the Lok Sabha elections. It shows their character and power hunger.
Congress couldn’t touch 100 even after 10 years. I would like to point out that the total number of seats won by the Congress in the last three Lok Sabha elections is less than what we got in this one election alone.
I hope #opposition parliamentarians will also contribute to nation building when they come to the House.
