Italy – Spain clash in the first semi-final of the Euro Cup football tournament.

Spain, ranked 6th in the world, has won the tournament 3 times so far. Spain, who drew the first two games of the current season group stage, won the last game. They beat Croatia in the knockout round and Switzerland in the quarterfinals.

Italy, ranked 10th in the world, has won the tournament only once. It has recorded a hat-trick victory in the group round this season and has advanced to the knockout rounds, beating Austria and world number one Belgium in the quarterfinals. Italy have not lost in 32 games since September 2018.

Spain played well in the semi-finals in London but both teams were tied 1-1 at the end of regulation time. Italy then advanced to the final, winning 4-2 on penalties.

The 2nd semi-final match of the Euro Cup between England and Denmark will be played today at 12.30 pm Indian time.
