I am always happy to see the faces of government school students whose medical dreams have come true every year, 435 in 2020, 555 in 2021, 584 in 2022, and 625 in 2023 due to 7.5 percent reservation. Similarly, this year too, when students admitted to medical courses with 7.5 percent reservation met me in person and congratulated me, I was also delighted to see interviews proclaiming the greatness of 7.5 percent internal reservation.
It would not be an exaggeration to say that it was a moving moment for me, just like their parents. A.D.M.K.
