France and Spain clashed in the final match of the Paris Olympic football series.
The 33rd Olympic Series is being held in Paris, the capital of France. France and Spain clashed in the final match of the men’s football series held yesterday in this series.
In the first half of the game, Spain scored 3 goals and showed great performance. As a result, Spain took a 3-1 lead in the first half. In the 2nd half of the game, the French players showed serious play.
Due to this, the team scored 2 goals in the 2nd half of the game. Due to this both the teams had scored 3 goals each at the end of the game. Extra time was then allotted to decide the winner.
The Spaniards scored two more goals in extra time with a superb performance. In the end, Spain beat France 5-3 to win the gold medal. France won the silver medal.
For France, Enzo Millot (11th minute), Magnus Aglioche (79th minute) and Jean-Philippe Mateta (90+3rd minute) scored a goal each. For Spain, Permin Lopez (18th and 25th minute), Sergio Amello (100th and 120th+1st minute) scored 2 goals each and Alex Pena (28th minute) scored a goal.
