It has been reported that the Bahujan Samaj Party is going to make a request to remove the elephant symbol.
Actor Vijay has announced that he will contest in the upcoming 2026 assembly elections after launching a new party called Tamil Nadu Vetri Kazhagam last February. Following this, Bussi Anand, the party’s general secretary, registered the party with the Election Commission of India in Delhi. After that, Vijay is personally honoring the students who stand in the top three in 234 assembly constituencies in the class 10th and 12th public examinations on behalf of the T.V.K.
In this context today Tamil Nadu Victory Kazhagam President Vijay introduced his party flag today. The party flag features red and yellow colors. There are also two elephants and a flower symbolizing victory. Vijay also introduced Tamil Nadu Vetri Kazhagam song.
In this case, a new problem has arisen for the Tamil Nadu Victory Club flag. The Bahujan Samaj Party has informed that the use of the national party Bahujan Samaj Party’s symbol of an elephant in the flag of India is wrong as per the election rules and the elephant image in the flag of the Vijay Party should be removed immediately, otherwise a complaint will be submitted to the Election Commission and a case will be filed.
The Bahujan Samaj Party flag has an elephant symbol in blue. There are reports that the Tamil Nadu Bahujan Samaj Party is planning to file a complaint with the Election Commission of India as the elephant symbol is also present in the Vijay party flag.
