Vanathi Srinivasan has said that the Hindu Religious Charities Department should implement the resolutions passed in the Palani Conference.
BJP MLA Vanathi Srinivasan has said in a statement that:-
21 resolutions have been passed in the International Muthamil Murugan Conference held on August 24 and 25 in Palani on behalf of Tamil Nadu Government. Among them, competitions will be held and prizes will be given to students studying in schools and colleges run by the temples under the governance of the Hindu Religious Charities Department focusing on Muruga Bhakti literature.
Gandashashti is recited by male and female students in Murugan temples during the festival season. Resolutions have been passed to recommend to the government to establish special spiritual courses in the colleges run by the temples under the governance of the Hindu Religious Charities Department on the glories and literature of Lord Muruga.
DMK held the Murugan conference. Although the government has different motives, these decisions are surprising. But DMK did not accept these resolutions. The Marxist Communist Party and the Liberation Tigers of India have protested. Is government management of only Hindu temples secular? The government that manages the Hindu temples should conduct Hindu religious programs.
After passing a resolution in favor of Hindus, the DMK did not implement it citing the opposition of the allied parties. A drama put on by the government? The doubt cannot be avoided. Those who held a conference to eradicate Sanatana Dharma i.e. Hinduism like malaria and dengue, are holding a Muthamizh Murugan conference today. This was due to the upheaval among the Hindus. Therefore, the Hindu Religious Charitable Department should resolutely implement the resolutions passed in the Palani Conference without succumbing to the opposition of the allied parties.
This is stated in it.
