Terrorist Rana filed a case in the US court against his extradition to India.
Last year in 2008, Pakistani terrorists who infiltrated Mumbai attacked indiscriminately. Hundreds of people died. Dahavur Rana, a Canadian businessman of Pakistani origin, who was involved in the attack, was arrested in the United States. India demanded that he should be handed over to them who is imprisoned there.
Terrorist Rana filed a case in the US court against his extradition to India. The judgment has been given while the investigation of this case is going on in the court there. The US Court of Appeals ruled that the US-India extradition treaty allows for Rana’s extradition. So Rana can be handed over to India.
