The Delhi-Visagapatnam flight was hit with a bomb threat by miscreants.
An Air India flight from Delhi to Visakhapatnam was bombed by miscreants last night. When the Delhi Police got the information in this regard, they immediately alerted the Visakhapatnam airport authorities.
The flight from Delhi had 107 passengers. As soon as the plane landed at Visakhapatnam airport, all passengers were immediately evacuated and bomb experts searched the plane intensively.
Authorities confirmed that the bomb threat was a hoax as no suspicious items were found during the raid. Police said they are investigating the people who made the bomb threat.
