Prime Minister Modi held talks with the King of Brunei.
India and Brunei are currently celebrating 40 years of diplomatic relations. On this occasion, Prime Minister Modi went to Brunei yesterday on a state visit.
Prime Minister Modi received a rousing welcome at the airport on his way to Bandar Seri Begawan, the capital of Brunei. After this, Modi went to the hotel where he was staying. Then the Indians who were waiting there gave an enthusiastic welcome to Modi.
In this context, Prime Minister Modi met the King of Brunei, Haji Hassanal Bolkiah. During this meeting, the leaders of the two countries discussed various issues including bilateral relations and trade.
It is noteworthy that Prime Minister Modi will leave for Singapore this evening after completing his visit to Brunei.
