A total of 35.28 crore vaccines have been vaccinated across the country, the Central Health Ministry said on Monday.
According to data released by the Central Ministry of Health today,
Only 14,81,583 people have been vaccinated in the last 24 hours in the country, bringing the total to 35,28,92,046. Of these, 28,83,23,682 have been vaccinated in the first installment and 6,45,68,364 have been vaccinated in two installments.
In addition, so far 10,07,24,211 vaccines have been given in the first installment for 18 to 44 year olds, 27,77,265 vaccines in the second installment, 9,07,90,116 vaccines in the first installment for those between 45 and 59 years of age, 1,89,54,073 vaccines in the second installment for those over 60 years of age. 6,89,93,767 vaccines were given in installments and 2,58,54,470 in the second installment.
The country has been vaccinated against corona in several phases since January 16. In this context, the revised new vaccination policy, which is free of vaccine for those over 18 years of age, came into effect on June 21.
