Chandrayaan – 3 Project Scientists, Engineers have been notified by the Central Government for the award of Rashtriya Vigyan Puraskar.
Last year, Chandrayaan-3’s lander successfully landed on the South Pole of the Moon.
The world appreciated this achievement of ISRO scientists. This made India the first country in the world to set foot on the South Pole of the Moon.
In this case, the central government has announced an award in appreciation of the Chandrayaan-3 project team headed by P. Weeramuthuvel of Tamil Nadu. According to this, the central government has announced the notification for the award of Rashtriya Vigyan Puraskar to 33 scientists and engineers who have contributed to this project.
